1. What is the Lottery Services Portal and what services does it provide?

  • The Lottery Services Portal (LSP) is an internet-based secure application that gives users the ability to apply online for a Texas Lottery sales license, renew an existing license, and view and update owner, location and banking information. In addition, LSP provides access to lottery invoices, sales and scratch ticket inventory. Most reports are available in PDF and CSV formats. LSP is a single point of access for owners of multiple stores. Users can also access online retailer training and troubleshooting.

2. How do I register for a Lottery Services Portal (LSP) account?

  • From the LSP Home Page, click on the Register Here button. You will be prompted to accept the Terms and Conditions for usage of the website, indicate if you are a new retailer or an existing retailer, provide identifying information, create a password, select password hint questions, and confirm the information that you entered. After submitting your registration, you will be sent an email with instructions for verifying your user account.

3. What if I forgot my password or the email address I provided during registration?

  • If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot Password button on the initial login screen. You will be asked to answer a password hint question. If you answer it correctly, you will be emailed a temporary password. If you forgot the email address you provided during registration, please call Texas Lottery Retailer Services at 1-800-375-6886, Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. CST.
